Handmade in small batches in the Blue Mountains, NSW.

If you grew up with peanut brittle from the markets, this is better than you remember.

If you've never tried it, you're about to understand what all the fuss is about.

We use loads of real butter and Australian ingredients wherever possible.

The result is a rich toffee caramel that melts in your mouth — unlike most brittles, it won't stick to your teeth.

Bob obsessed over this recipe until everyone who tried it said the same thing:

it's the best they've ever had. So he went all in.
